Three Steps To Healing

1. Acknowledge the stress

Don’t fight it. Put your issue out there. You may not want to shout it from the rooftops but focus on it. If you don’t acknowledge it then you can’t begin to accept it. What you resist persists.

2. Put your trust in something bigger than yourself 

Admit that your issue is too great for you to handle on your own. This isn’t failure. It’s the opposite. We all need support. We need inspiration from somewhere. Let go of your need to control the outcome. The Universe knows how to heal you, your logical mind doesn’t. Put your trust in something bigger.

3. Focus on unconditional love and light

Reflect throughout the day by being grateful that you are being healed. Feel love in your heart for the fact that your issue is now in the hands of the Universe or God or whatever you feel can offer you support. Know that you are a part of creation so it is your right to ask for this healing.
